TRIPP MIDDLE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL

The Board of Directors of MSAD #52 is seeking an educational leader to become Principal at Tripp Middle School. The ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks and balance school-wide leadership with building management is critical.

The preferred candidate will possess:
• A Master’s degree and appropriate certification,
• Successful teaching and effective leadership experience,
• Expertise with staff supervision and evaluation,
• A commitment to improving curriculum, instruction and assessment,
• The ability to work collaboratively to foster a positive school climate,
• Ability to be a contributing member of the district administrative team.

Facilities / Transportation Director

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years experience in a management position; understanding of laws relating to the safe operation of school buses and vans; knowledge of State and Federal laws relating to the operation of facilities and transportation vehicles and worker safety and protection; commercial knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems field management including increasing efficiencies whenever possible; demonstrated ability to successfully train, supervise, lead, and evaluate personnel in a professional manner; ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and respectfully with all Administrators; expertise in use of field related technology; experience with budget development and accounting procedures; current CHRC (fingerprint) certificate required before start.

Position Description: will lead and oversee the safe and efficient operation of student transportation services as well as oversee all planning and scheduling of building and grounds cleaning, maintenance, and repair.

A completed general administrator application packet is required.
