Notification Regarding Destruction of Student Special Education Records
M.S.A.D. #52 is taking this opportunity to notify those students who are 26 years of age (birth dates on or befores October 15, 1983) and their parents that their special education records will be destroyed on July 31, 2009. A permanent record including the student’s name, address, phone
number,grades, attendance record, classes attended, grade level completed, and year completed shall be maintained at the Leavitt Area High School with no time limitations. Please submit a written request

by July 24, 2009 if you would like your special education records released to you.
If you know of children between the ages of 3 and 20 who reside in MSAD #52 and may be in need of special education and supportive assistance, please contact the Special Services Department.
Case-e
The Special Education staff received training on their online program, Case-e.
Director of Special Services, Deb Alden, along with Jodie Maher and Pat Bassett demonstrated the new parts of Case-e to new staff. Case-e® is an integrated IEP software and
