Welcome to the MSAD 52 Freedom of Access Act Page. On this page are all of the FOAA requests the district has received since July 2022.  The name of the requester, the request, the time it took to fulfill the request, and the costs associated with the request that the district is legally allowed to charge are all listed here.  By law the district can charge $25/hour for the search with the first 2 hours free of charge.  

In some cases the requester did not complete the process so no documents were provided.  If documents were provided, the link to them is available here.
