November 21, 2025 - Staff verification sheets done

December 16, 2025 - Deadline for submitting budget to business manager

January/February 2026 - Meetings with individual administrators and directors to review budgets and determine priorities

February 26, 2026 - TMS - School Board meeting presentation. Initial budget books delivered. Superintendent overview of proposed FY 26 budget.

March 5, 2026 - LAHS - Budget Workshop 5PM. Warrant Article 1 Regular Instruction. Warrant Article 2 Special Education. Warrant Article 4 Other Instruction. Warrant Article 5 Student and Staff Support. Warrant Article 6 System Administration. Warrant Article 7 School Administration.

March 12, 2026 - GCS - Regular Board meeting, budget workshop if needed

March 19, 2026 - LAHS - Budget Workshop 5PM. Review Articles 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7. Warrant Article 8 Transportation. Warrant Article 9 Facilities. Warrant Article 10 Debt Service. Warrant Article 11 Other Expenditures. Warrant Article 14 Food Service. Warrant Article 16 Adult Education. Warrant Article 19 Capital Reserve Funds.

March 26, 2026 - LCS - Regular Board meeting, budget workshop if needed.

April 2, 2026 - LAHS - Special Board Meeting if needed.

April 9, 2026 - TES - Regular Board meeting, budget workshop if needed. Adoption of Final Proposed FY26 Budget. Board votes to call District Budget Meeting for May 7, 2026. Board Votes to call Budget Validation Referendum for May 21, 2026.

May 7, 2026 - 6:00 PM - LAHS - District Budget Meeting
